Pinga Solutions Pvt. Ltd. built the Bijli Connect app as a free app. The app can be used by consumers and businesses who are customers of the companies which use our Real Estate ERP Solution. Our customers include Real Estate Companies, Residential Societies, Commercial Complexes, Facility Management Companies etc. The business and consumers who rent or own properties at the real estate properties of our customers can use this CRM application to access the details of their real estate properties, view and pay bills and receive customer care.

The business and personal details of the app users is stored in the Real Estate ERP Solution used by our customers. Our customers decide if they want to give access to the mobile app / CRM application to thier users. We do not collect any personal information of the mobile app users through the app. The information is already present the Real Estate ERP Solution through the transactions directly between our customers and the mobile app users (outside the scope of the mobile app).
